SHIPPING POLICY

Your purchase will be carefully packaged and shipped to you as soon as possible. If an item is not in our inventory, printing and proofing your art selection may take up to two weeks before it is ready to ship. Most giclees are shipped unframed, rolled in protective mailing tubes. If your purchase includes framing, we will appropriately package or crate your art for shipping. Unless otherwise requested by you, we will ship your art via UPS Ground to the address in your Account Profile. Express Service is available. Should you require faster turnaround of your order, please call our Customer Service department to make arrangements.

About Insurance
Unless specifically requested by you, all purchases are insured for the total value of your purchase. The insurance is included in the price quoted for shipping. If you require more insurance than is normally included, please let us know and we will attempt to seek a higher value of insurance coverage for your purchase. If you are purchasing an original piece of art, we recommend higher coverage to insure your art is delivered to you in the condition it was in when shipped by us.

Damage or Loss During Shipping
Please contact us immediately in the event of damage or lost items during shipping. We will provide you with shipping information and a tracking number to help locate a lost item. Closely examine the outside packaging of your order. If you note any damage that might include damage to the artwork inside, including, but not limited to water or heat damage, please refrain from opening the package and call our Customer Service Representative immediately to notify us of the problem. We will contact the shipper for you and determine the correct steps to take, so that any potential insurance claim is not compromised.

We will assist you in working with the insurance provider to submit a claim for any damage to the artwork you purchased. Once a claim has been established with the insurer, we will replace the artwork as quickly as possible.
