LEASING ART

Corporate Canvas, LLC leases art for short term and long term use. We lease art for many short term purposes such as displays for special functions, trade shows and model home interiors. Primarily, our Short Term Leasing Program is designed to be a turnkey resource for the Entertainment Industry. Art is leased for scenes in film and television productions and set design purposes for commercial photography.

Short Term Leasing Program
Our Short Term Leasing Program offers the use of artwork, originals or giclees, for terms of up to sixty days. Rates are based on a monthly fee, prorated for the period of time the artwork is out of our possession. Shipping, packaging, insurance and handling costs are not included in the leasing rates and will be quoted separately. Short Term Leasing Rates are determined at the time the artwork is selected by the client and will be quoted at that time. Factors that affect the lease rate of the artwork include the size, the artist, the edition size, whether the piece is framed, the rarity of the art and/or whether an original is requested. Any piece ordered is available framed or unframed. Please allow ten business days minimum for your order to be shipped. All art is insured during the lease period and while shipping. Long Term Leasing Program
Our Long Term Leasing Program provides for the rental of artwork, originals or giclees, for terms of up to one year. We lease art for many long term display purposes. Our Long Term Leasing Program is available to owners or managers of commercial buildings and provides for the rotation of fresh artwork within the lease period. Rates are based on an annual rental fee. Shipping, packaging, insurance and handling costs are not included in the leasing rates and will be quoted separately. Installation services are available and are included in Art Rotation Lease Program. Long Term Leasing Rates are determined at the time the artwork is selected by the client and will be quoted at that time. Factors that affect the leasing rate of the artwork include the size, the artist, the edition size, whether the piece is framed, the rarity of the art and/or whether an original is requested. Art leased long term is offered framed or unframed. Artwork can be framed to the client’s specifications to accommodate design compatibility. Please allow fifteen business days minimum for your order to be shipped or delivered. All art is insured during the lease period and shipping. Art Rotation Lease Program
Our Art Rotation Lease Program offers an affordable way to display high quality artwork for your project. It is ideal for commercial buildings, private offices, residential applications and model home displays. Artwork is leased on an annual rental basis, but is changed out during the lease period. This program offers a distinct advantage to property owners or renters who want to minimize the cost of artwork, while providing a variety of fresh, appealing art. Lease-To-Own Program
Our Lease-To-Own Program offers an affordable way to purchase fine art. Art is leased on a long term basis, and lease payments are applied to the purchase of the piece.
